« I tried to communicate but was impossible by phone or email, Batteries supplied were low, The one fob failed to work at all, I re programmed both the door and fob etc as I had two fobs one for each door I could re check the functions and found one fob not to work, Also the range that the fob works is only within 1mtr of the garage door !! I am left dissapointingly with one fob and one faulty fob and unable to get any attention, I hope that this message lands somewhere and get attention, stuart@ksuk.co.uk »
