The SEAV with the reference BE-HAPPY-S2 BLUE is a 2 button remote for gates, using the frequency 433.92 MHz.

WARNING: open your remote SEAV Be-Happy-S2 Blue and look inside for a bank of small switches.

Please check the reference of your original SEAV remote. There are two models of the Be-Happy remote, one with and one without switches (internal mini switches used for programming the remote). 

The Be-Happy-S2 blue (the one displayed here) is the one with switches, switch programming (fixed code). 

The model without switches is the SEAV Be Happy RS2 blue (rolling code). You need to buy the right model to be able to program your remote, Be-Happy-S2 blue and Be-Happy-RS2 blue are not compatible.

The remote control’s operation

A high-quality original SEAV BE-HAPPY-S2 Blue remote control operates with a frequency of 433.92 MHz to emit signals to the receiver and is powered with a battery 3V.

The programming is done by coding with 10 Switches. You can perform the settings of your remote control from an old remote model or from the receiver of your gate drive. 

Seav BE-HAPPY-S2 blue remote control replaces the following Seav gate remotes:

It is compatible with the following Seav gate remotes: 

• BE-HAPPY-S2

Note: This transmitter exists in three buttons, it’s the  BE HAPPY S3 BLUE model.  

SEAV BE-HAPPY-S2 blue gate key fob is equipped with two buttons that control all the movements of your garage door according to your specifications. The frequency of this item is 433.92 MHz.  

The remote control is suitable for all SEAV gate automation systems and allows all automatic gates or garage doors operating on the 433MHz frequency. 

As for its programming, the device has a Switch programming.

BE HAPPY S2 Blue a 2 channel remote control with an innovated design, it is powered by a 3V battery type CR2032. A range up to 100 meters outside and 35 meters inside!

Easy transmission of the coding (fixed code type) and easy programming (10 switches). 

The BE HAPPY-S2 Blue operates at temperatures of -20°C +55°C.

Good to know

To program these transmitters with an existing transmitter simply press the small recess on the transmitter with a flat-head screwdriver and twist the screwdriver to remove the top cover. You will see a row of 10 small dip switches at the base, which will be up or down, set the new dip switches in the same positions as the existing transmitter and replace the covers.

The radio receiver may be located in different places depending on the configuration of your system. Sometimes it’s built-in your automatism board.

Ergonomics

Seav Be-Happy-S2 blue remote control is only 65 mm long, a width of 33 mm and a thickness of 16 mm. It is very lightweight and weighs only 20g. It is very simple to handle and easy to use thanks to its small size. It has two blue buttons in the blue translucent casing. The handheld transmitter is a shock-resistant device which makes it very tough and strong under all kind of pressure or shocks.

Important steps of the programming

Programming of your new remote control:

Remote that contains a row of mini switches: 

• Open the casing of your old remote control or a remote that works on your gate or your garage door.

• Open the casing of your new remote control, ensure that the switches on your new remote are in the same positions as on the old transmitter.

• You can do this by using any object with a fine point, for example, a screwdriver. Then, close the remotes.

• Your new remote control is programmed.

Note: - Some remotes gave one or two extra switches, separated from the main row. These switches should also be in the same position as on the old remote.
