This remote control is pre-programmed for HÖRMANN HSM4 and HSE2 with 868.35 MHz. This remote control is preprogrammed to operate Hörmann systems with 868 MHz. After receiving the new remote you have to register it on the receiver (step 1). This will delete the old already programmed Hörmann remotes. When the new remote is registered on the receiver and controls your system, you need the copy the signal back on all other old remotes (phase 2). So all remotes will work again.
