This remote control comes in several frequencies.  Remote control models with different frequencies are not compatible with each other. Please verify the reference that is listed on the back of the remote control. If you see TML433SLH, then the correct model is the one displayed here. If you see TML868SLH, then the correct model is the FAAC TML4-868 SLH. Please also do not confuse with identical FAAC TML4 433 SLR, which has red buttons.
