Excellent service, I had a very old remote control (25 years + ) which I needed to replace - it was no longer manufactured. I sent photographs of the remote, both internal and external, to your Customer Services. I was advised by return the remote I needed - I ordered it on line, received it within a couple of days and, thanks to your very clear instructions, was able to programme it myself. THANK YOU!!
