To make sure not to make a mistake
This remote control exists in many frequencies. Remote controls with different frequencies are not compatible. Please open your remote control and verify that 40.685 MHz is written on the quartz inside.
If you see 27.015 MHz, then the correct model is the MAHS27-04
If you see 27.045 MHz, then there is no compatible replacement model. You will have to install a new receiver kit.
If you have a Dickert remote control with a green LED light and no internal programmable switches, then the correct model is the Dickert FHS10-02 .
