    I have been astonished by the very fast response and delivery. I have sent the photo of my old RC on Sunday, received answer about the availability of a replacement on Monday morning together with an order-format, which I filled in and returned in the afternoon and I had the new RC in house at lunchtime on Tuesday. Bravo!
