« Before I purchased remote I contacted customer service who confirmed remote control and programming cable I would require, however the remote couldn't be programmed as the remote was for a apartment block garage door. Your website should explain if this is the case , it is unlikely to be able to program as the factor agent has the only programming authority. Although I returned garage door remote for a refund, it cost me £9.50 to return item by recorded delivery to return address in France, so I'm out of pocket. »
