  Question 7 should also have the option of you giving us details of a repair company. We don't have any problems at present but would like to know of a reputable company should the need arise. Also, this is a whinge but I am not that good on computers and found it quite hard to actually order the remote. I had to e-mail back to France to ask how to get one sent to England. He was very helpful and gave me the correct site to go to so maybe you could look at that. I haven't set the remote up yet but if I have any difficulty, I will e-mail you again. It arrived very promptly and I thank you for such a good service.
