All our remote controls carry a one-year guarantee
Within one year, if your remote control is defective, we will replace it for a new one !

How to proceed with it ?

Before you send us your remote control for an exchange, it's necessary to make sure that your remote controls is defective :

1 - if the remote control has never worked : call our technical department on 0207 399 7782 and we will help you to program your remote control.

2- if the remote control has worked and doesn't work anymore :

a - change the battery (with the battery of a working remote for example) and try it

b - reprogram the remote control and try it

c - check that the other remotes still work. If they don't operate your system anymore then the problem comes from the receiver and does not come from the remote.
